Why are we doing rate my cancer care?

We want to make sure that we are providing what is important to you. This will allow us to continually strive to ensure that we can make improvements and provide the cancer care you expect. 

How will you know if things have changed?

The feedback trends will be analysed to identify what we are doing well and what we need to improve.

We will share this information with our partners to find ways to improve any aspects of Cancer Care that needs to be improved.

We will communicate these changes through the Humber and North Yorkshire Cancer Alliance website continually to ensure we meet your requirements throughout your care.
